FlexGuide4 Release 2.4.0

New Features

Layout Editor

  • User-friendliness of the layout editor improved. Changes can be quickly cancelled using a button, nodes and edges can be moved more easily. All square and node radii are now metre-based.

Dialogs

  • New ‘Free relocation’ dialogue for tugger trains and forklifts. This dialogue can be used to freely pick up and move transport orders via handling unit number or scan.
  • New dialogue ‘Add another driving order’. When driving orders with a list, additional orders can be selected manually and added to the list.
  • New dialogue ‘Duplicate transport order’ with which existing and picked-up transport orders can be duplicated.
  • New dialogue ‘Create transport order manually’ for manually creating a new transport order via dialogue.
  • All dialogues can now be visually customised. The font size and colour of the interfaces and buttons can be defined individually.

Dashboard

  • A changelog has been added to the transport order overview in the cockpit, making it easier for users to track subsequent changes to orders.

Order Management

  • Activation time added for order creation. This means that transport orders can be set to the ‘active’ status after x minutes after creation or x minutes before the due date.
  • A manual priority can be set for transport orders in the cockpit. This allows important orders to be processed more quickly by manually setting the priority in the control centre.
  • The area assignment for the location selection in the cyclical order creation system has been added.
  • Loading scheme check for order assignment improved. Job assignment checks more reliably whether a resource is suitable for certain transport jobs.

Live Map

  • Quick selection options for mobile robots have been added to the 2D map. This allows them to be controlled directly via the map (e.g. stop, assign/retract orders, reset).
  • The edges and areas blocked by traffic management are now displayed in colour on the 2D map.

Ressource Management

  • Mobile robots can now also be started directly on a node or square without having to enter exact coordinates.

SAP

  • Improved data transfer for the EWM interface.
