Effortless hardware integration – With FlexGuide4, you can quickly and easily integrate mobile robots (AGVs – Automated Guided Vehicles and AMRs – Autonomous Mobile Robots) from a wide range of hardware manufacturers into your processes thanks to the support of VDA5050. This means that you are not dependent on a single hardware manufacturer and can flexibly expand your logistics solutions as required – entirely in line with your individual requirements. We also make it possible to control non-VDA5050 robots using our own customized interface
Traffic management – FlexGuide4 ensures smooth traffic control, enabling the parallel use of numerous resources in a limited space. Optimize your processes, even in narrow or heavily frequented areas. In addition, you can set up temporary closures of areas, e.g. to carry out conversion work efficiently – without disrupting your operations. Flexible, safe and maximally efficient.
Central battery management – FlexGuide4 ensures that your robots are always sufficiently charged to keep the material flows in your intralogistics system running smoothly at all times. The system manages the charge levels so that there are always enough ready-to-use robots available – for continuous and efficient operation.
Intelligent evacuation management – In the event of an alarm from the fire alarm control panel, the robots immediately cancel their travel orders and drive to the evacuation point to keep escape routes and fire doors clear.
Intuitive cockpit – The FlexGuide4 Forklift Cockpit enables intuitive operation of the forklift tablets. This reduces complexity and therefore additional work.
Easy transfer – With FlexGuide4, orders can be transferred effortlessly between different resources, whether manual or automated.
Optimized scheduling – FlexGuide4 provides a central order pool for all resources and automatically distributes transport orders to the most suitable resource. Global route optimization and workload overview – Through continuous planning with a view of all active route trains, we achieve globally optimized route planning. This gives you full transparency of the workload, visualized in the Gantt chart, and allows you to optimally control all routes.
Increased transparency for the control center and driver – the route trains can be tracked by everyone involved: Drivers get a clear overview of their routes via an interactive 2D map, while the control center is informed about the transport progress in real time.

What advantages does FlexGuide4 offer compared to other fleet management solutions?
FlexGuide4 specializes in hybrid fleets and combines manual and automated vehicles in one central system. By integrating open standards such as VDA5050, FlexGuide4 enables the flexible connection of different vehicle types and manufacturers. In addition, the vendor connectors ensure smooth integration of devices that do not support this standard. FlexGuide4 therefore remains flexible and customizable, regardless of the manufacturer or standard used
