In the “Quick action” dialog, you can now integrate your own images to make the user interface more individual and clearer. The image sizes can be flexibly defined in three variants in Customizing—the buttons adjust automatically. This allows the layout of the dialog to be adapted to the corporate design or individual workflows. This ensures a more appealing appearance, faster orientation, and a more intuitive working experience overall.
A new dialog named “Free relocation” allows forklift drivers to relocate a handling unit from one storage location to another by scanning the relevant information. Behind the scenes, a stock movement is created in EWM to ensure that the inventory levels remain synchronized. The dialog previously named “Free relocation” has been renamed to “Free picking” and remains unchanged.
To significantly increase the number of possible buttons in the quick action dialog while maintaining a structured overview, the buttons can now open a submenu that provides additional buttons for configuration.
Energy Management
The new energy management system for mobile robots enables efficient battery management. Users can set individual thresholds and control charging behavior in a targeted manner. This ensures that batteries are used optimally, their service life is extended, and the robots are always ready for use.
SAP
When canceling a WM-related transport order, a query now appears asking whether the associated SAP transport order should also be canceled. This prevents SAP orders from being deleted unintentionally. This adjustment provides greater control over the process and ensures that cancellations only occur when they are actually necessary.
The WM interface has been expanded and is now fully aligned with the EWM interface. Due dates can be imported directly, adjusted, and manipulated flexibly in FlexGuide4. In addition, four user-defined fields have been added with helpful info buttons that make operation easier and provide greater transparency. This makes configuration clearer, more consistent, and more user-friendly.
The two-step confirmation in the ERP adapter has been corrected. After a transport order has been created, the first step is now correctly confirmed in SAP WM before the complete confirmation is sent. As a result, multi-step confirmations now work as intended and ensure accurate feedback to the SAP system.
The current EWM synchronization has been expanded so that already completed EWM warehouse tasks can be created as orders in FlexGuide4 under certain criteria.
After implementing the WM bulk storage logics, FlexGuide4 is able to represent them and perform corresponding interactions.
Order Management
Breaking Change: With the new “Boomerang Chain” feature, the placeholder symbol “*” can now be used when creating orders to automatically chain transport orders together. This allows you to create flexible follow-up orders – for example, for processes in which a container must be returned to its original location after emptying. This saves time, reduces manual entries, and makes complex transport processes significantly more efficient.
With the new priority of capacity priority, a practically highly relevant factor has been added to the processing of orders. Priority values are assigned based on the number of orders in the corresponding status and the available space, supporting order processing for complex scenarios.
Layout Editor
In the Layout Editor, nodes can now be aligned horizontally and vertically, enabling a clean and symmetrical arrangement. In addition, multiple selection of edges allows several edges to be released or locked simultaneously. Furthermore, intermediate nodes can be added to existing edges. These functions reduce manual effort, facilitate adjustment, and make editing faster and clearer.
The uploaded layout map can be changed. Using three reference points or by specifying the width of the new image, previously created elements can be easily transferred, allowing updated images to be uploaded without losing customization settings.
Traffic Management
To avoid traffic and optimize traffic flow, the employed robots are now able to dodge each other using our Traffic Management system.

Dialogs
To ensure that orders are assigned in the correct order, the sorting method has been separated into “Drive driving order with list” and “Free relocation”. Loading or unloading can now be done on a LIFO basis or customer-specifically.
