A new “External webhooks” tab has been added, allowing external systems to be connected to FlexGuide4.
The reliability of logging for EWM synchronization, order priorities, and customizing imports and exports has been increased.
Order Management
The load carrier type can now be overwritten retroactively via the cockpit. This change is final and cannot be altered again by EWM or other interface updates. Further changes are only possible in the cockpit.
Parked transport orders initially receive the status inactive after parking. This prevents them from being reassigned to the parking driver. The activation delay is configurable via customizing.
It is now also possible to report faults for picked-up transport orders. The transport order can also be parked at a different location and set to the fault status.
Dialogs
Transport orders selected via the “Add another transport order” dialog can be set directly to the “picked up” status when added. This setting can be enabled/disabled via the dialog customizing.
In the “Add another transport order” dialog, the scanning of HUs has been optimized, as well as the focus on the validation field after certain actions.
Dashboard
In the transport order overview, individual column widths and further adjustments are saved for each user.
The detail display for fault reasons at the top and bottom of the page has been optimized.
In the transport order overview, filtering and searching by fault reasons is possible. You can filter by specific faults or search using free text.
In the transport order overview, it is now also possible to filter and search by load carrier types, analogous to fault reasons.
The transport order overview can be exported as an Excel list via a button.
SAP
For transport orders created via interfaces such as EWM, an additional note text can be included.
