Getriebebau Nord: Mobile maintenance management

Foresighted and efficient – The operating technology department of Getriebebau NORD GmbH & Co. KG has introduced FlexMaint mobile maintenance management, which is integrated into SAP®, thus ensuring maximum transparency and better working conditions.

Prior to implementation, many orders were placed on demand and not consistently documented. In addition, there was a high administrative burden and the lack of precise evidence of the workload of the employees. Now the 30-strong team at the Bargteheide site near Hamburg can plan ahead for the approximately 7,000 orders per year with the guided process support.

A much better overview is now provided by graphical displays and a cockpit with a user-friendly work interface in tile design. In addition, all open orders can be called up, which are then assigned to the appropriate craftsman by drag & drop.
