Automated and centralized – The FlexGuide transport control system represents a holistic approach for cross-departmental control and route optimization of the material flow at EvoBus GmbH and guarantees demand-oriented employee deployment planning.

Prior to the introduction of FlexGuide, the result was a high level of empty runs, a disproportionately large fleet, and long response times. In some cases, there was also under- or overloading of the individual route trains.

Now the scheduled orders are visualized in a clear cockpit and can be edited regarding sequence and assignment. This is because the simple and transparent control of the forklift fleet takes into account all available resources that are necessary for the material flow in the company.
