Automatic entry and exit

No more tedious manual operation of the barrier. Drivers can operate the barrier themselves by simply scanning their company ID card. Validation and detailed logging of entries and exits takes place automatically in the background.

Weighing & licence plate recognition

By simply connecting a scale, the driver can carry out the weighing of his vehicle independently and under system control.The vehicle’s licence plate number can also be automatically recognised and stored.

Retrieval

The gate cockpit has many other functions. For example, drivers can be called up directly from the system by a gate employee at the touch of a button. Either by SMS, pager or display board.

Inspection & ADR control

Whether hazardous goods or random checks. Checks often have to be carried out in the yard. With FlexYard, these inspection processes can be customised. Employees then simply carry out the checks using the system.

Ramp planning

With the gate cockpit, employees can easily gain a complete overview of all movements in the yard. They can also monitor, book and manage time slots here.

Self-registration

With self-registration, drivers can register themselves either on site at the terminal or in advance in the app and thus announce their arrival and go through the necessary registration process (e.g. safety briefing).

Notification

With FlexYard, suppliers can announce the arrival of the driver directly in the system. Time slots can also be booked. To do this, suppliers can access the supplier portal directly – without any complicated interfaces.

Not only lorry deliveries can be mapped with FlexYard. There are many different processes in the yard. Season tickets are also essential. FlexYard makes it easy to manage a wide variety of season tickets (e.g. for employees or visitors).
