How does the FlexMobile subscription model work?
You select the modules that suit your processes – e.g. materials management, shipping or production. In addition, there is a basic framework (once per SAP system) and a device package per user. The minimum term is 24 months. You automatically receive new features and updates at no extra cost. Additional modules can be added at any time.
Can FlexMobile be adapted to our individual requirements?
Yes, thanks to the Flexus framework, mobile transactions can be flexibly and quickly adapted to your processes. The solution is designed for group-wide use and can be rolled out independently by your IT department or together with Flexus if required.
In which areas can FlexMobile be used?
The mobile SAP apps from Flexus can be used in all areas of intralogistics – from goods receipt and warehouse management to production and shipping. You also benefit from SAP consulting, process analyses and hardware recommendations from a single source.
What support does Flexus offer during implementation?
Flexus accompanies you from process analysis to implementation. With many years of SAP expertise, tried-and-tested templates and reliable partners, we ensure that your mobile solution is fast, stable and future-proof.
What are the graduated prices for the Device Package?
The device package starts from €75 per user/month (from 5 users). For 50+ users, the price drops to €65, for 100+ to €55, for 250+ to €50 and from 500+ users to €45 per user/month. From 750 devices a price of 40 € per user applies. TheFlex Industrial Browser is included in every device subscription.
FlexMobile supports SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP SD (Shipping). There is a separate subscription package with specialized SAP Fiori apps for each module.
With the subscription model, you pay a monthly fee per module and benefit from continuous updates, new app functions and support. In contrast to a one-time license, there are no separate maintenance or upgrade costs. Your SAP mobile apps are always up to date.
