One million driving jobs in six months: Mann+Hummel ‘s forklift fleet in Marklkofen, Lower Bavaria, has its work cut out for it. With the FlexGuide transport control system, the picking and shipping processes could be optimized and the utilization of resources significantly improved.

The implementation of the system took only five months, despite many requests for changes and extensions on the part of MANN+HUMMEL. Now the transport orders are distributed paperlessly to all forklifts via a central pool, which also allows work to be carried out across delivery notes. The current progress of the respective orders or a limitation of the delivery bills to be processed simultaneously is visualized graphically.
